Does Apple have a hardware checker program for a B&W Powermac?

I've got a B&W Powermac that I want to sell. It works but I would like to run some kind of power checker on it. Does Apple have a hardware checker program that we can download? Or does it come on an install disk (I've got 10.3 and 10.4 (and I think 10.4 has the CHUD tools).
