Dock freezes!!!!!!!

When running Classic after the "application quit" dialogue comes out and then move the mouse cursor to the dock. The dock immediately freezes.

Try control-command-esc but nothing shows. Click the other drive icons, nothing....Only the cursor moves and nothing else. I have to force restart the machine

This things always happens when any Classic apps 'unexpectedly' quits

Anyone has solution on this? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

    Don't run Classic.

Seriously though I have never had this happen. What kind of extensions are you running in Classic?

it really shouldn't matter though.. Classic shouldn't be able to take OS X down.

I have this problem too, although it happens the first time I log into my account after startup. I get a message that Sharity has timed out and then nothing works. If I log into a different account, log out, then log into mine, everything works fine.
