iPhone Update for Leopard Release

I wonder if Apple will release an iPhone update tonight with the release of Leopard? The tasks/to do lists, notes, etc. have to be sync'd, so a release is needed.

    I am not sure if we will see a release before Jan 1.... I also read where notes will not be sync'ed. I am not getting my hopes up yet.
