Force Quit from Dock

You may already know this, but holding Option and bringing up a running app's menu in the dock allows you to force quit it.

What I can't find is the 'Keep in Dock' item.

It's also nice that the Force Quit dialogue window is now controllable by the keyboard for all those times that games crash and the screen locks, but everything else keeps going.

Nope, I go to MSVU. I might find myself at Dal next year, though.

There are several option key and command key niceties in the Dock. Try poking around a bit!
