Huge problem with mac mini.

I got Leopard yesterday and installed it on my macbook with absolutely no problems, then when I got home late at night I put the disc into my mac mini and it was starting to install fine and then I fell asleep cause it was late and I woke up this morning and it had just a blue screen. Nothing else. I rebooted and it does the usual stuff with the grey apple logo and the spinning gear thing and then it just goes to a blue screen. The mouse works but nothing else. What the hell? Please help.

You could try installing again but maybe you just need the setup to kick in. In Tiger what you could do was boot into single user mode by holding command-s.

    type in mount -uw /

    type in rm /var/db/.AppleSetupDone

    type reboot

At the second line, you can hit tab to autocomplete the path.

Thanks but that doesn't seem to have worked. I'm really scared it's broken. Can't honestly afford to send it away at the moment.
