The trick is to take a big pay cut. Then you can lap up the benefits of little perks here and there, flexible working hours, significantly less pressure, and a more equitable relationship between you and your employer/clients/etc....



I'd rather be in this position (and thank goodness for the opportunity) than be griping, bitching, or worrying about whether work will pay for a $10 thumbdrive or your bus fare to a conference, etc. etc.
