iChat Theater - not a 3D perspective?

My wife and I have two C2D MacBooks and have been experiementing with iChat.



The theater feature however doesn't seem to do the 3D thing like the apple demonstrations.



Any idea why?

    Because that screenshot is a Photoshopped file where three individual screens are merged and put into perspective \ it's not how iChat works :-)
