I have installed Leopard and everything is running smoothly, except for all Microsoft apps. When i try to launch any Microsoft application it is 'unexpectedly quit' by Finder. I have tried to re-install Microsoft Office with the same result. Any suggestions?

thanks

Wait to Microsoft releases binaries that will run under Leopard. In the meantime, have a Tiger based system around if necessary or use iWorks 08.

Something is wrong with your system. It works on all upgraded machines at my office and at home. What you may try doing is removing to your desktop the following files and folder from your ~/Library/Preferences/ folder.

    com.microsoft.autoupdate.plist

    com.microsoft.Entourage.plist

    com.microsoft.entourage.syncservices.plist

    com.microsoft.error_reporting.plist

    com.microsoft.Excel.plist

    com.microsoft.OfficeNotifications.plist

    com.microsoft.PowerPoint.plist

    com.microsoft.Word.plist

    Microsoft (folder)

Then start up one of those apps.

Also make sure all office apps are fully updated as this helps a lot.
