Family Pack Rules

I have three Macs to upgrade; mine, my brother's and my nieces'. I think these people qualify as members of my family. An earlier post says the family pack really means one household. Now I'm thinking the three of us need to reside at the same address to qualify. Can someone clarify?

    Need to reside at the same address to qualify would be the case.



    But it will work if that is not the case.
