what exactly is the mirror, in the library?

    I sent the thread before I finished typing it.....

    Anyway, I do get the mirror agent failed to quit prompt on occasion, that's easy enough to quit and log out.

    what I'm wondering is how essensial is it to have the mirror running? Is it soley a .mac backup?



    I notice that it's taking up 10gb of my hard drive! Should I burn that to a dvd or 2, and start over?



    Looking for some insight to the mirror function
