installing leopard question
Does anyone know if I do a fresh install of leopard, at the part where it ask if I want to get my settings, applications etc.. from either a firewire cable or other hard drive, do you know if it will let me select which components to grab?
I currently have a backup of the system I want to put leopard on. On a new drive I am going to put leopard, but only want to grab my networking preferences, bookmarks and mail preferences including inbox etc.. I DO NOT want to get any of my applications as I would prefer to install them from scratch and only select the applkications I want to install on this new OS installation.
Does anyone know if it is possible to simply select which components youw ant to take from a previous os into this new os install.
