Leopard issue/Memory module IDs

1) Since installing 10.5 my keychain remains locked after boot-up tho Help says it should unlock. I did an Archive and Install of Leopard but had to add keychain from Tiger after as Leopard's was blank.



2) What's the difference between memory module designations 'PC2-5300' and 'PC-5300'?
