Currently own the Toast Titanium.

But I am really wondering if they finally release the final X version of Toast. Do I have to pay again?

I hope it's free....

I'm pretty sure it'll be free. Didn't Roxio say when Toast came out that the OS X update would be free to current users?

Roxio claims that the upgrade to the X version will be free to current owners of Toast 5 Titanium.

IHowever, I wouldn't put it past them to pull what Connectix did with VirtualPC since it's taking so long... <img src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" />

I use Toast OS X for burning audio and data CDs and it works perfectly for me, no problems at all. Well, there is one problem: I must click burn and let it ask for the CDR, then insert it. If I put in the CDR before toast asks for it then there are problems. But this is an easy workaround.

BTW, toast rocks. Roxio has pretty good Mac support.

The only thing I don't like about the current preview is that you can't make direct copies of CDs (of course for backups ) Otherwise I haven't had any problems.
