Video Library Program?

I remember reading about a video library program a while ago, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called...

It was a good library program, but it allowed you to "tag" videos, just like you can in a blog or whatever, so I could put all the actors/actresses as separate tags, along with the genre, and any random tags I'd like to put (Like "music" if I think it has good music, as an example). It gave you thumbnails of all the videos and stuff, and you could pick what you wanted the thumbnail to be. I think there MAY have also been a choice to have a grid of all your videos, that you can scroll through but instead of static thumbnails, you could actually have it show a short video clip if you wanted.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I really hope I'm not crazy, and this isn't something that I saw for Windows and snubbed, because I'd really like to get a copy of this now...
