Leopard MAIL app work in Tiger?

Was wondering if Leopard apps like MAIL and iPHOTO would work in Tiger?

    Mail - I expect not.



    iPhoto - The latest version of iPhoto is compatible with both Leopard and Tiger.

    Mail.app almost certainly depends on the 10.5 frameworks, and once you start asking if those would work on 10.4, then you quickly start pulling on the yarn and unravel the whole sweater. Anything that shipps with 10.5 certianly requires it.



    As yama said: iPhoto does not ship with 10.5 (but does come with new computers that might have 10.5), and is compatible with 10.4.
