official apple retailer price

Hello,



i was just curious to see if someone has any idea about apple policy regarding prices that official retailers can sale apple product.



i'd thought i read once that they can't sale above a certain price according to their agreement with apple. and vice versa, they can't sale cheaper than a set price to protect different market and have equality around the globe.



i'm located in a country of Asia where the price is way above the regular price, and i am just wondering if it's somewhat legal.
