Intradocument tagging

I'm looking for an application that will essentially allow me to tag words or sentences instead of files. As an example, I can place "Batman" in the document and tag it with "Movie", "Comic Book", "Super Hero", etc. In the future when I want to see all the comics I'm interested in, I can search "Comic Book" in the document and only "Batman" and other words tagged with "Comic Books" will come up. Just like punakea or tagbot but within a document. Does this exist?

Thanks!

Actually this is one of the missing slots in the software market. The perfect solution hasn't appeared yet, in my opinion. But there are some existing options:

TAMS analyzer can do it, but it is using html like text markup. Its free.

AnalyzeText can do the job, but has not been updated for almost two years.

I believe Circus Ponies Notebook also has a keyword feature that lets you search 'tagged text'.

Finally, you can probably bend MS Office 2004 to your needs by using the Index or Bookmark features combined with advanced search.
