I have it set to update everyday, however it keeps coming up with all these forign laguage updates that I just don't need. I like that it checks by itself but I wish I could set it to only check for english updates.

You can make updates you don't want go away in the File menue...

I didn't know it either, but the command to make the files inactiave is under the Update menu not the File menu.
