importing songs from ipod to itunes library

Hi My my computer crash and I had to reboot everything back up. I lost everything that was not originally in the computer and that includes itunes. I do have everything i had in my library on my Ipod but i am not sure if there is anyway to transfer what i have in my ipod to the Itunes library. Thanks in advance.

I used Ipod Access to do this. Screws up compilations, but does rescue everything.
