I think what he meant to say was although you put this thread in "Future Hardware", it should have been in "Current Hardware". Future hardware is where we drool, contemplating what we would like and whether or not Apple will (PLEASE) give it to us.
Don't be concerned. If it had been a really terrible mistake, a moderator would probably have moved it to the correct area. We all have made the mistake of putting the thread in the wrong place and still do when a thread wanders off in all directions. The old-timers just don't remember making those errors. Don't be turned off by the rudeness you may find here. These are GRUMPY old-times, but they mean well and will give you help when you need it.
