Sourly missed feature in OsX

There?s one feature in OsX I badly miss. That?s the possibility to to set the puter to sleep after logging out. After logging out you only have the options to restart, login again or shut down. Have the sleep command as well would be nifty. Or from the new Apple menu to have a combined option of ?logout and sleep?. Any thoughts

    Try pressing the power button. Works for me.

    i have always thought the same thing. when I log out 80% of the time i am leaving the computer and I want it to be sleeping.

    I almost never log out, but when I do it always worked for me too.
