iPod Problems

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
My sisters iPod:

-show the album artwork (fuzzy purple lines)

-doesn't play songs (makes a buzz)

-doesn't download videos



It is the new iPod Nano and was bought on the 19th.

It was never dropped and is kept in a case.



I am taking it to the Apple store tomorrow, but what happened?

    You can try reinstalling the firmware.. I think the option it gives you in iTunes is to "restore" or something of that nature. You might want to try that. Sounds to me like you'll need a replacement though.
