iTunes Problem

I just got a new 80gb iPod Classic.

I made a home video and put it on the iPod with no problems.

Then, whenever I tried to sync another video in the iPod it would say that it

was syncing and then when I would check for the video, it wasn't there.

I did check the box so that it would download and even tried to download it

manually. Still no progress.

What should I do?

EDIT: There are exclamation points near the videos. I don't know what they mean.

I'm pretty sure the exclamation points mean that the original file is no longer found by iTunes. Could something have been moved? Have you tried re-importing the movies into iTunes. Are you sure they're in the right format, etc?

I know this post isn't much help, but more info from you may be helpful...

The files haven't been moved and I have tried re-importing the movies in iTunes. I double checked to see if they were in the right format and they were. I've tried everything that I could think of. Even deleting the movies and then adding them again. Nothing has worked.
