CPU, ram, heat, bla bla bla?

I use CPU Monitor and I was just wondering what you people use, because I was surprised to find out that Mozilla is running my TiBook like it was playing quake. It drove me crazy how hot my computer would get just surfing the web. OmniWeb does not seem to have this problem if you wanted to know. Anyway I just want to have more knowledge of what is going on inside my computer, Thanks.

    Well, for network traffic, I use <a href="http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=11677&db=mac"; target="_blank">Net Monitor</a>.
