Dolby-ize An mp3 track

Anybody know how I can pass a recorded concert mp3 through something that would reduce or remove the recording hiss? This is a concert from Bill Graham's collection recorded in 1975. It is great except for the audio tape hiss.



What's a good app to do this? Can GarageBand do it? Audio Hijack? I have both but never used them for this purpose.

don't know if this is exactly what you're looking for but the program audacity has a noise removal feature.
