safari for yahoo and gmail

i am using safari with debugger activated (doesn't seem to do anything helpful). on my imac (leopard) i am not getting full function from yahoo mail.... no avatar and no autofill from addresses. for gmail i don't get html view. on my macbook with same set up everything works. any help out there?
