Best place to troubleshoot g/f's iBook? Freeze after 3 minutes.

So, I don't think the hardware test will work (Intel Only), have also tried SAFE mode which gives me about an extra 5 minutes, then it freezes.



? Tried Repair Permissions

? Used Mainmenu

? Used Oynx



Am thinking, best case scenario - memory, or hard drive problem. Worst case? Logic Board (ala GPU), so, what would you do? Also, Apple will check it out for free (at least can get an idea, if HD or memory, would be cheap to fix).



Ideas?
