NO . And here's why. The table shows that the old core duo's can only access 2gig max. It's a hardware limitation so you can't do anything about it unless you buy the new SR Macbooks.
You can't change the processors on Laptops (Mac or PC), not that I know of anyway. Only desktops. Even if you could, it wouldn't increase the amount of RAM it could hold. The amount of RAM is a property of the motherboard, so If you changed that you would be able to increase the RAM.
But to be honest, that is more trouble than it's worth. It would be too expensive to get it done properly, (would probably be cheaper to get a new macbook), and too risky to get it done cheaply.

Is 2gig not enough? What do you need it for?
