Output Avid to DVD?

How can I output my Avid Media Composer sequence to the DVD burner in my Probook, OS 10, 10.4.11? I'm editing the sequence on the same Probook.

    can you export it to anything and then use iDVD (open up the advanced tree view and just drop the movie file in front of the menu so it just autoplays)?
