Just use BookIt! It helps you synchronize bookmarks between upto 4 browsers: Omniweb, Netscape/Mozilla, IE and iCab.
An absolutely amazing utility, well worth it's money!!!

A less elegant and time consuming solution would be to simply open the OW bookmarks file (it's just an HTML document) in iCab and go through the links. Not much help, but it's cheap help.
