    I'm pretty confident Verizon's numbers weren't so devastating. That's really, really, really bad. Verizon's ok. They won't make the news with a loss of customers, that's for sure.

    Me too. They even quit trying to change my mind on cancellation when I said iPhone. The ridiculous offers ceased with one near wimpered - wouldn't you like to keep your old cell active as a backup line?



    it was obvious they had a rash of those cancellation calls.
