Is there a way to be able to load the drivers from the Dell disc? Is there a work around or an emulator or something?

You shouldn't need the drivers. If for some odd reason you do, and they're designed for PCs, the answer is no.

I talked to a tech at Dell and they said i should contact someone at apple to see if there is a program or something that will let you use a .exe file from my Driver disc...then i will have all the options the monitor provides at my disposal.

Is there a program to do that?

Nope. Open Spotlight and type "ColorSync" and use the ColorSync Utility, or else open the System Preferences, open the Display panel, and click the "Color" tab.
