Text Messaging Problem

I installed the iPhone update last Tuesday but since then my text messages have been messing up. I will receive an incoming text and I will respond. After closing the conversation, I'll reopen it and my outgoing text will be above the incoming one I had initially received. Anyone having this problem as well?
