What happened to 10.1.3?

What ever happened to this supposed update? Rumors said the Que! USB drives might start working with this update. Did it die? Does anyone know?

    It's probably stuck in quality assurance hell.

    Hopefully that is all. I can live with QA hell so long as the update does come out eventually. And without errors...

    maybe they are adding scanner support, maybe they are just going to release 10.2 in Tokyo.
