2nd mac to go out on me in 3 days...

Ok im having a huge issue now with my imac... when I boot up the computer it says no bootable device... when I insert the OSX install cd i canhold option and then it shows the harddrive and it will boot from there. I do not want to boot like this all the time. I just want to turn my computer on and have it work... what the hell is going on? anyone got any info on this???



Whats funny is that i returned my mac mini because the superdrive went out... now this.. the chances are so small but seem to happen to me lol

    well after looking through the apple forums I see that it is a bootcamp probem when u dont fully install windows... fun stuff but I got it fixed by selecting the max OSX to boot in the startup options.
