ACD 30" on a PC

I want a 30" LCD to use on a PC.

I know that the ACD 30" requires a dual-link DVI card, which I have.



I have read in various places that there will not be full functionality of

the monitor controls when the ACD 30" is used on a PC.



Is this correct?



Please advise.

    I have heard of third party tools you can install under windows that work.
