OH.... it's only my 3 year old PowerBook G4 wheezing and coughing !!!! Top of the line at the time... hard drive 80 Gigs.. My new iPod has that much. Come on Apple I need a new MacBook Pro.... not interested in the Air thing...

    Patience. In the mean time, buy an external hard drive, if you don't have one yet.

    Notebooks continue to work for several years, but tech passes them by. That's just the way it is. Use your iPod as an external drive; that's what I do. It's also good to do just in case you drop the portable; this is a possibility.
