Can I burn iTunes NFL superbowl clips to a DVD?

I've bought the $7.99 NFL superbowl package from iTunes to play on my iPod to TV. I am curious if I am allowed (or if it's possible) to burn those videos to a DVD?

    Yes, but only as data files, as a backup procedure.

    Kind of disappointed though as I thought you could make videos like you can make music CD's from iTunes songs.
