How do I save my Parallels stuff for a reload?
I'm thinking of completely wiping out my MacBook and reinstalling Tiger from scratch.
The only thing that I'd like to save would be my Parallels/Windows stuff. That would include Parallels itself.
I know that I can reload Parallels, then drag over the two files, but I was just wondering if I could drag over everything.
If I backup my MacBook with SuperDuper first, what would I have to drag over, from the external backup drive, to the MacBook, after a reinstall?
Is this even possible?

I use VMWare and my installed OSes are in user/documents/virtual machines, so I think (and seem to remember when I used Parallels) that there is a similar folder for your virtual machines.
