airport problems

my airport is blocking all filesharing programs, its really annoying me, leopard is horrible for p2p programs and my router really doesnt help, how do i open all ports so that i can use at least one p2p program on this dam leopard! like it does this even on the windows side of my mac, i want to tell my airport to just leave everything be and let everything through,

    You can let everything through by changing the airport setting to bridging mode, but you will be open to things like viruses and DOS (denial of service attacks).
