What SW does Apple use...

to convert their movies in iTunes? Just out of curiosity, i was wondering what they are using when they are "converting" the movies in iTunes, it hardly ain't Handbrake although that is heck of a good program! I'm sort of interested in the whole process of how it works, so if anybody knows a link or some good read, i'm all up for that! Please share thoughts or experiences if you have!



You can never know too much about technology, and all that comes with that, i think Everyday you gotta learn something new, ey!

    I'll take a wild guess that they use quicktime with some custom programming to automate the whole thing.

    Record labels are required to submit audio files in Apple Lossless. Would they also be required to do their own video encoding?
