Are you saying that this gingerbread man is in the email that is received by someone else? Is it only that one person? If it only seen by that one individual are they using mail also?
If all the above is true than your recipient is using the gingerbread man as your photo in Address Book.
Or do others see the gingerbread man? And do you see the gingerbread man when you compose the email?
Then I would look at the stationary you are using.
If this is in email that you are receiving (i.e. you are seeing the gingerbread man) that look up that person the email came from in your own Address Book.

there is no picture even selected in accounts
I also tried erasing the pic on address book card
did not work either!
