Finder 10.5.3?

I just discovered this today, anybody know how the finder is somehow newer than the OS it is installed on?

    Keep in mind: this is the version of the Finder, which is not required to be in sync with the numbering of the operating system. All this means is it is the 3rd minor revision of the 5th major revision of the 10th version of the Finder.
