iPod Touch and iPhone network access

I was wondering if it is possible to access an external hard drive connected to an airport extreme or eventually the time capsule from an iPone or iPod touch. I was thinking about setting up a jukebox and having an iPone or iPod touch wirelessly connect to my full itunes library with all of it's coverflow goodness would be awesome.
