Safari vs. Firefox

I come from the Windows family and really need an opinion on web browsing. Anything is better and faster than IE.



I had installed Safari 3 on the PC and it had far outrun IE. I have heard good things about Firefox and have seen plenty of videos on Youtube about speed comparisons.



Could anyone tell me which one is faster?



p.s. I do know that speed also depends on the machine you are running.

    Both are free. Download FF at the apple web site and try both of them for yourself. Give Camino a try while you're at it. Its my favorite Mac browser.
