Hi -

I am a recent switcher and coming from the other world, anti-virus and anti-spyware programs are second nature. I really want to be safe with my beautiful new Mac and am wondering how those of you with lots of Mac experience feel about protecting your Mac from malware.

Thanks!

You're at least a million times more likely to have a catastrophe from theft or a failed hard drive, no exaggeration. Seriously, that is not an exaggeration.

Don't download, install, and type in your username/administrative password for video players from porn sites that are only a few kbs and you should be set .
