What CRM application do you use

I need a CRM (Customer Relations Manager) app I was thinking about using an online system like zoho crm or Highrise by 37 signals. But I would prefer an actual Mac app that will tie in with mail, ical, addressbook ect, so I can have the info I need on my iPhone when I am out of the office (without needing edge access).
Any suggestions? What are you guys using?
