Do Firefox addons run on MacOSX?

For example, two I *really* depend upon are FireFTP and Google Toolbar.

Some I find really handy are Web Developer, Fangs, ForecastFox, Download Statusbar, and Google Notebook.

I have a load of others I use, but I suppose I could manage without them. Just curious.

(I haven't bought my MBP yet...coming within a week, learning curve and all. I hear BBEdit is a right nice website editor to replace what I have on Windows!)

    Hi!

I am a future Mac user (planning the switch some time this year), and I would have a similar question:

Does Firefox for Apple support Greasemonkey scripts? It is not fundamental but makes Flickr so much more comfortable when one spends lots of time there...

This is very good news indeed!

I've bought the new macbook, it should arrive this Friday:-) I like running foxmarks and it is good to know that it will function.
