Formac Studio installation

I am having an impossible time getting Formac Studio analog/digital convertor set up. For starters I get an error message that tells me that in order to use the Studio TVR3 Software I need an EPROM upgrade. I can't find the place to order any such upgrade and get nopt reponse from customer support (web page).

I am rumming OS 10.3.9 and Formac StudioTVR v.3.2.0



Any help?
