Chipmunk or Box2D for a 2D engine for XCode

Just wondering as a relative newbie to XCode, which of the two noted 2D physics solutions is best to use. Box2D has a lot of attention yet Chipmunk has a lot more OSX focus and ease of use going for it. Any programmers here want to weigh in?
